• provided through one-time payments

All services are delivered digitally.

Talentiq Studio acts as an intermediary platform and does not own or control user-generated Content.

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Talentiq Studio does not knowingly allow use of the Platform by children under 13.

6. USER ACCOUNTS

You agree to:

7. PAYMENTS

• Talentiq Studio does not provide subscriptions or recurring billing
• Payments are processed by third-party providers
• Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may include applicable taxes

Talentiq Studio charges a platform fee for transactions conducted on the Platform.

Creators receive the remaining amount after deduction of:

• platform fees
• payment processing fees

All applicable fees are transparently communicated before a transaction is completed.

By making a payment, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method.

Users are responsible for reviewing the details of any purchase before completing a transaction, including pricing, content description, and access conditions.

8. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL SERVICES

Access to digital content is granted immediately after successful payment, unless otherwise stated.

Once access is granted, the service is considered fully delivered.

9. REFUNDS

All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless required by applicable law:

• digital purchases are non-refundable once access is granted
• refunds may be issued in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments

In certain cases, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests where the digital content does not meet reasonable expectations, provided that:

• the request is made within a reasonable timeframe
• the content has not been substantially consumed, downloaded, or accessed

10. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators agree to:

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

12. FRAUD PREVENTION

This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

14. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms
• your activity poses risk to the Platform or other Users

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

We make no guarantees regarding:

• uninterrupted access
• error-free operation
• availability of the Platform

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
